Updates to Maximum Strength Warranties effective January 1, 2010:

Revamping the small package products (SPP) No Hassle Replacement™ limited warranties to give you a complete mainline product offering

a. Mainline air conditioners and heat pumps will all come with tin coated copper evaporator coils as standard across all efficiency levels  
b. Mainline gas/electric and dual fuel will all come with tin coated copper evaporator coils and stainless steel heat exchangers as standard across all efficiency levels

Changing the "good" and "better" No Hassle coverage periods across ALL product categories

a. "Good" from 5 years coverage to 1 year
b. "Better" from 7 years coverage to 5 years
c. "Best" stays at 10 years coverage

 Promotional SPP Warranty

Offering a promotional 5-year No Hassle Replacement limited warranty on qualifying gas/electric small package products (SPP)

This ‘promotional’ 5-year No Hassle Replacement limited warranty is available on small package gas/electric transition models with aluminum heat exchangers effective on all installations on or after November 1, 2009.

Qualifying models are:

PGN4 14 SEER gas/electric SPP
PGN5 15 SEER gas/electric SPP

 
A copy of the special promotional warranty certificate is available on the Go!Comfortmaker web site or from your distributor of Comfortmaker products to replace the original certificate that came with the unit. All other warranty-related information remains the same, including the product registration process. Ask your distributor for details.
